How will I receive my order?
Most orders are mailed with USPS first class mail, though from time to time different shipping carriers may be used.
Please refer to your shipping notification email which will contain your carrier and tracking number.
Why could it take up to a few weeks to receive my order?
All of our garments are printed, tagged, embroidered etc to order, this allows us to keep our business as green as possible, not taking up large amounts of warehouse space while keeping our costs down.
This process means it will take a few extra days to get your order shipped, usually 2-5 days from placing your order to it leaving the warehouse.
This is probably not permanent and is likely to change as we see our little brand grow.
Where are my garments made?
Please refer to the country of origin on the individual products.
Everything is printed/embroidered & tagged with love in Los Angeles, California or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, depending on your location the quickest option will be assigned for you!
We do our absolute best to make sure we're sourcing our garments from the most reputable places with sustainability and worker safety in mind.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on domestic US orders over $150 USD.
For orders under $150 and for international orders we base the cost of shipping on the weight of your items and is automatically calculated in cart when you're checking out!
What is your returns policy?
We can only accept returns if the order has been fulfilled incorrectly or if there is a defect with the product ordered. If this is the case please email us at hello@unlovedsupply.co within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to organize a solution with you.
Because your items are made to order we cannot offer returns based on sizing etc. Please always refer to the size guide on each product, we try to be as transparent and accurate as we can about the sizing of all of our products.
